Kenakalan pengusaha Rumah Hiburan Umum ( RHU ) Cafe Happy Fan’s SO Jalan Kayun Surabaya milik saudara Andhika yang berani memanipulasi pemerintah dengan cara membuka walaupun di suruh tutup serta tidak menaati peraturan presiden ( Inpres ) nomor 06, Perwali Nomor 33 maupun Pergub nomor 53 tahun 2020. Segera akan ditindak lanjuti oleh Pertugas Satpol-PP Kota Surabaya.<\/p>\n
Seperti yang diungkapkan oleh salah satu perwira tinggi di Satpol-PP Kota Surabaya Piter saat dikonfirmasi melalui pesan WhatsApp oleh wartawan Liputan Cyber Indonesia pada hari Minggu ( 01\/11\/2020 ) pagi.<\/p>\n
Dalam pesannya, Piter melalui pesan singkatny mengatakan, ” segera ditindak lanjuti mas,” ucap singkatnya.<\/p>\n
Perlu diketahui, Andhika selain mempunyai tempat Rumah Hiburan Umum ( RHU ) Cafe Happy Fan’s SO, dirinya juga mempunyai cafe lainnya seperti, Cafe 136 Jalan Kusuma Bangsa serta Cafe Scorpion Jalan Kenjeran.
